Selection Process

Submission Review

Our committee reviews all applications against selection criteria including relevance, originality, and speaker qualifications.

Shortlisting

Promising applications are shortlisted for further consideration and potential follow-up questions.

Notification

All applicants will be notified of their status by July 31, 2026. Selected speakers will receive formal invitations.

Confirmed speakers will receive detailed information about session timing, technical requirements, and event logistics.
